About the role
- Job Description As one of the nation's top five pediatric research centers, our client is dedicated to providing hope, care, and cures to help every child live the healthiest and most fulfilling life possible.
- The Manager of Research Finance will oversee all Office of Research Finance business functions, including accounting and systematic compliance functions.
- Experience in Research Enterprise within Healthcare Provider environment funded in part by Federal awards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Three years' experience in a supervisory role.
Compensation
- $120,000 - $175,000 USD
- The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills.

Visa & Work Authorization
- Manages, plans, and evaluates operations to ensure financial compliance with all relevant federal (2 C.F.R. Part 200), state laws, University and Sponsor polices and regulations
- Leads and serves as the point of contact with auditors and sponsors on all financial matters of sponsored projects.
- Responsible for the review of sponsored research contracts/agreements in cooperation with other departments, and transmittance of executed contracts/agreements to sponsors, prime institutions and sub-awardees.
