About the role

  • As autonomous systems become more capable, organizations need products that make AI behavior understandable, observable, and controllable without slowing teams down.
  • You'll work across enterprise customers, engineering, leadership, product, and go-to-market teams to make AI systems more transparent, accountable, and operationally reliable.
  • Make complex AI behavior understandable for business stakeholders through dashboards, reporting, and product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build products that provide visibility, governance, and control for AI-powered agents and workflows.
  • Design approval flows, audit trails, and operational guardrails that balance speed with responsible AI usage.
  • Build workflows that enable human review and intervention at critical moments without introducing unnecessary friction.
  • Develop capabilities that improve traceability, accountability, model evaluation, and operational confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to bring governance capabilities into production environments.
  • Drive product strategy and execution across the full lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
  • A front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and launching software products in product management, product leadership, product engineering, or similar builder-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI systems, large language models, agent architectures, and the operational challenges of deploying AI in production.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and making effective product decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, lineage tracking, auditability, or AI operational tooling.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.

Compensation
