Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years job related experience.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience required in at least 2 of the following areas:
- General knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, and WAN/LAN using ping/traceroute
- Ability to train users with technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Reliable Software has the ability to quickly respond to technology initiatives by strategically acquiring skills and managing available resources.
Skills
- Environment also includes Cisco ACS, Cisco Prime, NetQoS.
- MySQL database is used for hosting and the tools run on Windows Servers (2003/2008).
- Could also be responsible for new development as needed.
