Responsibilities
- Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
- Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
- Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- As an In-Home Family Services Specialist, you'll work directly with families to help them overcome challenges and build skills for long-term success.

Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to outside weather conditions and maybe required to visit homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets.

Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and families
- OR Associate's degree and 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
