Actively manage key account campaigns end-to-end, including trafficking, buying execution, ongoing optimizations, and media planning support
Support client services through creative testing, pacing, delivery monitoring, and performance tracking
Partner with Ad Ops and Analytics teams to analyze campaign performance and develop actionable optimization recommendations
Support the monthly actualization process, including pulling 3rd party delivery reports and screenshots and flagging discrepancies for investigation
Ability to independently manage tasks and projects with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under tight deadlines

3-5 years of digital media buying/trading experience in an agency setting
Solid hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager and DSPs, including trafficking, reporting, and troubleshooting
Strong working knowledge of programmatic optimization levers and ad server terminology (impressions, clicks, conversions, CTRs, CPMs, etc.)
Proficiency in Google Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting, pacing analysis, and performance troubleshooting
Develop a strong understanding of client business goals, audience strategy, and campaign objectives to inform planning and optimization recommendations
You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.
You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
