About the role
- As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our reconditioning facility team.
- This role ensures that vehicle repair estimates are accurate, repairs are scheduled efficiently, and communication between repair shops and internal teams flows smoothly.
- You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Support high-volume estimating and appointment coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized records of repair estimates, appointments, and communications
- Use internal systems and communication tools (e.g., email, Google Drive, Slack) to track workflow
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to identify and analyze scheduling, estimate, or invoice discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
- Ability to balance independent administrative tasks while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to influence processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Problem Resolution: Ability to identify and analyze scheduling, estimate, or invoice discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately when needed.

Compensation
- Wage: $20.00 + 1.50 Shift Premium
