About the role

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an Auto Body Estimator to join our reconditioning facility team.
This role ensures that vehicle repair estimates are accurate, repairs are scheduled efficiently, and communication between repair shops and internal teams flows smoothly.
You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are repaired correctly and delivered on time.

Support high-volume estimating and appointment coordination in a fast-paced environment
Maintain organized records of repair estimates, appointments, and communications
Use internal systems and communication tools (e.g., email, Google Drive, Slack) to track workflow

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
Ability to identify and analyze scheduling, estimate, or invoice discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
Ability to balance independent administrative tasks while contributing effectively within a team environment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to influence processes and improve operational efficiency.
Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Ability to identify and analyze scheduling, estimate, or invoice discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
