About the role

We currently have openings on 1st and 2nd shift, with potential future opportunities as our operations expand.

As a trusted strategic partner, we specialize in the production of complex weldments and turn-key finished products that meet precise quality standards.
1st Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support production team members to meet daily goals.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues quickly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Support training, onboarding, and cross‑training of team members.

Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
Conduct daily team huddles, communicate expectations, and foster a positive work environment.
Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
Strong communication and people‑management skills.
Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or similar environments is a plus.
