About the role
- This position is based in our Miami office.
- For this position, the individual would have responsibility for the recruiting efforts in the assigned offices.
- This position works closely with section, practice group and office leadership to recruit, hire and integrate attorneys at all experience levels and requires an elevated level of experience and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
- Managing and developing one or more recruiting coordinators or assistants.
- Actively guiding candidates and firm partners and leaders through the recruiting process.
- Developing and implementing lateral integration plans.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with career services offices at law schools.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in legal recruiting, including lateral partner recruitment experience.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.
- Sound judgment and discretion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail.
- Required Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in management.
- Preferred Qualifications & Education:
- JD degree preferred.
