Please note: This full-time position is based in New York.
We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and QA.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and craft outstanding product experiences.
Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions, presenting regularly to design leadership and company executives.
Promote a culture of design excellence - mentor other designers, champion quality, and lead by example.
This includes using AI-assisted coding to ship frontend components and maintain design system quality without always relying on a developer.
Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard.
Strong UX fundamentals and a refined eye for UI - able to simplify complex concepts and work within a Design System with taste and judgment.
B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design experience - comfortable designing for complex, information-dense products.

Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience conducting generative and usability research.

6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior capacity.
