About the role
- We're seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Clark's strategic initiatives.
- This is a high-ownership, high-impact role supporting the founders and leadership team in driving organizational effectiveness, scaling operations, and maintaining relentless focus on outcomes as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the founders to drive key initiatives from ideation to execution
- Lead and coordinate critical projects and operational improvements across the organization
- Build, optimize, and track processes that enhance execution and enable scale
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions
- Help build a culture of excellence, transparency, and ownership
- We build AI that doesn't just assist auditors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field-even better if B2B tech, SaaS, or a high-growth startup
- Experience supporting an executive team or working in chief of staff, strategy, or special projects roles
