  • In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing value-added services across our corporate functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Own and drive programs across the broader Lending HR Function
  • Build strong relationships with business leadership and lead the HR agenda for the relevant function.
  • Develop and analyze People trends and metrics in partnership with COEs to create solutions, programs, and policies that drive effective business decisions.
  • Partner with in country HR Partners and People team Centers of Excellence (CoE) (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Organization Effectiveness, Culture and Talent) to champion and deliver projects, programs, and business-as-usual activities to the business.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and program activities to ensure we acquire high performing, capable talent to deliver on our business agenda.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with high levels of autonomy while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, managing multiple and diverse issues.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA, HR) a plus.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office and HR Information Systems, preferably Workday.
