About the role

Resource Innovations is seeking a Technical Writer & Editor in California to join our Stakeholder Engagement and Communications team.
There is a strong preference for California residents, but remote candidates will be considered.
This includes writing and reviewing reports and other material explaining CalMTA's work and outcomes.

As a Technical Writer & Editor, you will perform a range of tasks supporting report and publication releases and other communications and outreach activities for CalMTA.
Successful candidates will be proactive in developing new solutions and processes, adaptable to change and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.

If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
Candidates must have strong communication and time management skills with experience coordinating multiple high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines.

The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
