About the role

  • This role executes end-to-end inventory management- including allocation and reverse logistics- while optimizing door-level assortments based on rigorous sales & inventory analysis ensuring that product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Product Allocation: Ensure the right product goes to the right place in the region through product allocations by reviewing sales performance vs. current inventory levels at the size level.
  • Stock-Out Prevention: Deploy weekly rush allocations to prioritize door-level top-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Build bottoms-up seasonal assortment plans that align with financial targets, customer insights, and regional strategic growth strategies.
  • Partner with retail and e-commerce leads to tailor specific assortment strategies and SKU rationalization using historical data and trend analysis.
  • Own sales forecast revisions based on market trends and performance indicators.
  • Build effective partnerships with retail and e-commerce teams to implement multi-channel product forecasts and long-range plans (LRP).

Requirements

  • Provide cross-channel support when required, specifically addressing ad-hoc customer requests.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, or Assortment Planning (within fashion or apparel a plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills

Compensation

  • $62,000.00 - $87,000.00 / year
