Responsibilities

  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve program-related concerns as needed
  • Develop detailed queries and query routines using existing database tools to support reporting objectives
  • Create a systematic approach for running queries and delivering recurring recommendations to Sales, Operations, and other internal teams
  • Recommend ways for clients to better use program tools to drive stronger performance
  • Support analysis related to program finances and help identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness
  • Bring strong attention to detail and can successfully manage multiple projects at once
  • We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.

Requirements

  • The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is USD $50,400 - $63,500, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
