About the role

  • This position reports into the Group Product Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

Responsibilities

  • Support adoption of Notification Center, our new in-app notification channel
  • Partner with product teams across Procore to help refine their existing notifications and migrate them onto the new platform
  • Write clear specs, manage a backlog, and coordinate sprint planning with engineering
  • As a Product Manager, you'll partner with engineers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to map out clear migration strategies and align their feature workflows with our new platform.
  • Use your technical diplomacy, AI innovation, and data fluency to build a high-performing delivery engine that enhances overall communication across a leading SaaS product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, technical account management, customer success engineering, or a highly analytical platform operations role.
  • Demonstrated literacy or strong proficiency in using AI tools to optimize everyday workflows, accelerate execution, or analyze operational data.
  • Comfort working with data - pulling, interpreting, and using it to make decisions

Compensation

  • 140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD Annual
  • This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.

  • Your primary goal is to scale impact across our established core infrastructure to efficiently power over 1 billion annual email communications alongside real-time in-app alerts while spearheading the rollout of vital capabilities like Email Digests.
