About the role

This position reports into the Group Product Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

Support adoption of Notification Center, our new in-app notification channel
Partner with product teams across Procore to help refine their existing notifications and migrate them onto the new platform
Write clear specs, manage a backlog, and coordinate sprint planning with engineering
As a Product Manager, you'll partner with engineers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to map out clear migration strategies and align their feature workflows with our new platform.
Use your technical diplomacy, AI innovation, and data fluency to build a high-performing delivery engine that enhances overall communication across a leading SaaS product.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2-4 years of experience in product management, technical account management, customer success engineering, or a highly analytical platform operations role.
Demonstrated literacy or strong proficiency in using AI tools to optimize everyday workflows, accelerate execution, or analyze operational data.
Comfort working with data - pulling, interpreting, and using it to make decisions

140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.

Your primary goal is to scale impact across our established core infrastructure to efficiently power over 1 billion annual email communications alongside real-time in-app alerts while spearheading the rollout of vital capabilities like Email Digests.
