About the role

  • This position is based out of our Reston, Virginia headquarters and follows a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation of working on‑site several days per week and the remainder remotely.

Responsibilities

  • This role is well-suited for professionals building their experience in compensation business partnering and looking to grow within a collaborative, data-driven compensation team.
  • The Compensation Business Analyst will support our Corporate Business Services teams by providing end-to-end client service on compensation-related matters.

  • The Compensation Business Analyst will also be responsible for completing salary surveys, supporting the annual salary increase cycle, and monitoring compliance requirements.
