About the role
- Our portfolio of life-changing technologies spans the spectrum of healthcare, with leading businesses and products in diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals and branded generic medicines.
Responsibilities
- Works with Senior and executive management to develop high impact improvement strategies.
- Creates operational cost models to support analysis and management of Division goals.
- Performs bench marking and cost structure analysis to define significant opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the monthly IBP review cycle; responsible to ensure each of the IBP reporting business process streams are aligned and reconciled with the Division Financial Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required 12+ years' experience in experience in operations, supply chain, management, engineering and/or financial management.
