About the role

As an OCM (Organizational Change Management) Associate Manager, you will work with clients to successfully navigate complex business, digital, workplace, and AI-driven transformations.

Lead and support change management initiatives for enterprise transformation programs.
Assess organizational impacts and develop practical strategies to help stakeholders successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Develop integrated change plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
Support clients in preparing for and adopting AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and generative AI technologies.
Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies that accelerate value realization from AI investments.
Build strong relationships with client executives, sponsors, managers, and frontline employees.
Support executive sponsors in driving visible and effective change leadership.
Partner with business and technology teams to ensure users are equipped to successfully adopt new capabilities.
Support account teams in identifying additional opportunities to help clients achieve transformation outcomes.
Manage and mentor consultants and analysts across project engagements.

Experience delivering organizational change management initiatives in consulting or large enterprise environments.
Experience supporting digital, technology, or business transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong workshop facilitation and presentation capabilities.
Understanding of project and program delivery methodologies.
Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or Copilot.
Experience supporting AI adoption or enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management methodologies.
Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, government, telecommunications, or energy.
Business process transformation or operating model design experience.
Enterprise-wide digital transformation programs
Microsoft 365 and Copilot deployments
