About the role
- This role serves as a critical, data-driven liaison among our Sales, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Requirements
- Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
- Familiarity with other Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker) or advanced database query languages (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with formal project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) to track and drive planning-related initiatives
- Working knowledge of advanced statistical analysis and demand forecasting methodologies (e.g., time series analysis, regression models)
Nice to have
- Proactively analyze material availability against production schedules to identify and mitigate shortage risks before they impact the production line
- Translate the master production schedule into actionable work orders, ensuring manufacturing teams have clear, timely direction
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related analytical field (e.g., Operations Management, Finance, Mathematics ) is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing planning or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation, electronics, or other highly regulated precision manufacturing environments
- Expertise in an enterprise-level ERP system is required, with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central highly desired.
- This includes hands-on experience with loading an MPS, running the MRP engine, configuring planning parameters, and translating the system's output into actionable procurement and production schedules
- Expertise in core manufacturing data management, including the creation and maintenance of multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and the associated Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes that govern them
- Experience operating within a formal Quality Management System (QMS ), such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
Compensation
- 72,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual
- Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
- Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
