Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and manufacturer-recommended services.
Inspect vehicles, document findings, and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Support our technicians.
You will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while working with modern diagnostic tools, dealership repair procedures, and a supportive service team.
Our advisors know how to sell work, our dispatch process is built to support production, and our technicians have the opportunity to be rewarded for strong performance.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and service information systems.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

3-4+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or automotive repair facility preferred.
Automotive technical training program, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
ASE certification or Honda manufacturer certification is a plus.

Our top technicians earn $70,000 to $150,000+ per year, and we are looking for experienced technicians who want to turn hours and consistently flag strong hours in a shop that stays full.
