Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 13 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Green-card follow-through: 83%

Of 12 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 2 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 498 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Files H-1B transfers

10 transfer filings in the last year, covering 10 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • We're looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to join Procore's Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you'll lead our pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives across the full Procore portfolio, including our emerging AI offerings. The primary goal of this role is to turn ambiguous commercial questions into rigorous, defensible recommendations that
  • hold up under executive scrutiny, and to make sure every number that reaches a leadership review is sourced, calculated, or explicitly flagged as an assumption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing and packaging proposals for new products and features from hypothesis through recommendation, in partnership with Product and Finance.
  • Build and stress-test the business case behind pricing decisions, including segment-level performance, and migration and monetization sizing.
  • Design and run market, competitive, and willingness-to-pay research, including win/loss and price elasticity analysis, to pressure-test pricing hypotheses before they reach leadership.
  • Diagnose ambiguous commercial problems end to end, such as why a segment's new-logo motion underperforms, and determine whether the root cause is package design, sales execution, or market fit.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to make sure approved decisions are operationalized and communicated to the field.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative pricing research (e.g., willingness-to-pay studies, conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, win/loss analysis), and ability to synthesize qualitative inputs, such as call transcripts and field feedback, into clear themes that support recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with expert proficiency in Excel and experience building pricing, revenue impact, and unit economics models from scratch.
  • Track record of framing complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategic frameworks and presenting recommendations to senior executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS pricing and usage- or credit-based monetization.
  • F amiliarity with B2B SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, net revenue retention, win rate, discount rate) is a plus.

Skills

  • This position reports to the Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy and can be based remotely in the US.

Compensation

  • 129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD Annual
  • This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
  • Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation.
  • Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.

Benefits

  • This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
