About the role

  • We're seeking a Client Service Representative to join our stellar team!
  • This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring data integrity, executing client deliverables, and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Working closely with senior client services staff, this position helps uphold regulatory standards, fosters client satisfaction, and contributes to the smooth administration of retirement and investment programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing responsive support on routine account questions, transaction requests, and service inquiries.
  • Support onboarding activities for new client accounts and plan transitions, assisting in data collection, setup, and testing as needed.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
  • These tools are used only to support our recruiters and hiring managers, and all employment decisions include human review to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or recordkeeping systems.
  • Prepare and maintain required client documents, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, retirement plan administration, or client account support.
  • Working knowledge or interest in retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, etc.) and related regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Compensation

  • Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $75,000.
  • Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
