Responsibilities
- Reviewing deeds, mortgages, easements, legal descriptions, and related documents for accuracy and compliance
- Experience in title examination, title research, title operations, underwriting support, or title insurance
- Ability to read and interpret complex title and legal documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements
- Strong understanding of legal descriptions, including metes and bounds, lot/block, and tract descriptions
- A team-first mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Opportunity to deepen title expertise and grow within the organization
