About the role
- We have an opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes.
- Manage other design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons.
- Manage project design and deliverables as well as other design team members, supervise the work of engineers and modelers, and direct project staff in preparing contract documents such as drawings and specifications.

- We provide contractor support engineering, tower crane engineering, skip hoist engineering, shoring and reshoring design, connection design, and erection engineering.
- We also partner with contractors and sub-contractors to provide value engineering ideas and perform structural design on design-build projects.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience of delivering complex technical design projects.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer and/or SE License preferred.
- Working knowledge of current industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, Risa3-D, PCA Software, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Tekla is a plus.
