Level I$129,2511 entry

$18,314 more — $168,314 — moves this role to Level II and 2 lottery entries. That figure is inside the range the employer already advertised.

Based on the DOL prevailing wage for this occupation and worksite, a base salary of $168,314 would place this position at wage Level II. That figure is within the posted range, and I'd like to target it. This role classifies under "Marketing Managers" for prevailing-wage purposes.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card follow-through: 100%

Of 22 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 0 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 482 days.100% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Files H-1B transfers

25 transfer filings in the last year, covering 25 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

About the role

  • This role is embedded directly within the cross-functional Chime Enterprise growth effort and operates as the growth owner, not just a marketing advisor.
  • You'll sit at the intersection of growth strategy, experimentation, performance analysis, and product marketing craft: identifying opportunities, prioritizing and running experiments, and driving metric movement against clear goals.
  • While the role retains core product marketing strengths - research, positioning, and messaging - it goes further by owning results and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Build a repeatable model for converting eligible employees into members that scales across partners rather than being rebuilt deal by deal.
  • Drive performance across the B2B2C funnel - worksite awareness, enrollment, funding, direct deposit, and early retention - with deep ownership of employer landing pages, eligibility flows, and in-product onboarding.
  • Own the Enterprise experimentation roadmap, designing reads that hold up at partner-sized cohorts and deciding what to scale, iterate, or sunset.
  • Own incentives, promotions, and offers that drive qualified acquisition of primary banking relationships - balancing cost per enrollment, activation quality, and long-term value, within partner agreement and compliance guardrails.
  • Partner with Lifecycle to connect enrollment, onboarding, and retention into one journey.
  • Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive measurable growth outcomes across Chime Enterprise's B2B2C funnel - the path that turns eligible employees at our employer partners into enrolled, funded, and engaged Chime members.

Requirements

  • To thrive in this role, you have
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or a related role (level dependent).
