About the role
- The Senior Managing Consultant serves as a hands‑on delivery leader for complex healthcare transformation engagements.
- This role is responsible for driving execution, maintaining delivery discipline, and supporting realization of targeted financial and operational outcomes.
- The Senior Managing Consultant is a **delivery leader-not an administrative project manager-** who applies structured project management and domain expertise to translate strategy into action.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated workplans, including dependencies and critical path tracking
- Support client alignment, issue resolution, and decision‑making with VP‑ and Director‑level leaders
- Implement and maintain project governance, cadence, and escalation mechanisms
- Identify execution risks and support mitigation planning
- Drive execution readiness and maintain delivery momentum across teams
- Lead and coordinate PMO and project support resources
Requirements
- Candidate must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $200,000
