About the role

Primary Responsibilities: Contribute to the innovation of and ensure customer centricity for professional development delivery, retail training, and leadership development programs.
Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Provide LMS administration reporting for all assigned activities, including assignments, registration, cancellations, reporting, troubleshooting, etc.

Act as the voice of the customer in the design and development of new training and programs.
May own a departmental process, such as maintaining classroom supplies/inventory Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.

Associates' degree and 2 years' relevant experience.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel Knowledge of collaboration software (ie Miro, Microsoft Teams) M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
Bachelor's degree Two years' experience in general administrative/office as well as site and program support Strong customer service and team collaboration skills Demonstrated communication skills Ability to follow established procedures and recommend streamlined processes.

The pay range for this position is $22.61 - $37.67 Hourly (USD).
The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
