Responsibilities
- Support the Laminator Operator in achieving production goals through effective teamwork and communication during all phases of operation
- Monitor and maintain adequate levels of *adhesive and cold seal wet materials, ensuring continuous availability for production needs
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of NIP rolls during setup and downtime periods to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment according to company standards
Requirements
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary action or attendance issues
- Must have performer or higher rating in last review

Nice to have
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus
