Responsibilities
- Lead and guide electrical team members across multiple projects
- Monitor build progress to ensure timelines are met
- Act as the primary communicator for electrical status and open issues during the build process
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Build and wire custom panels and systems per design and spec
- Document changes and communicate updates throughout the build process
- Support project success by focusing on quality, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all stages of the project

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience wiring custom automated machinery
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, OneNote)
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to safety and detail
- Comfortable reading schematics and working with complex mechanical systems
- Team player with strong communication and self-direction
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (local, national, international)
- Salary: $32.00 - $40.00/hour (Wage based on Experience)
- Additional Compensation: Overtime pay, travel pay
