Responsibilities

Work closely with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering stakeholders to uphold a high quality standard in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Develop full stack features that address complex technical challenges, integrating both frontend and backend aspects to enhance user experience and system reliability.
With a robust portfolio of products that safeguard thousands of businesses worldwide, we have been featured in major publications such as Forbes' next billion dollar startups, TechCrunch, and The Wall Street Journal for our transformative impact on the way companies achieve and maintain compliance standards.
Work closely with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering stakeholders to uphold a high quality standard in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Step into a product management role when needed to ensure that our solutions meet our high standards.

Requirements

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.
Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch is highly valued.
You are committed to your craft and are continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and knowledge.
You are adaptable and excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.

Compensation

$180k-$240k

This is a hybrid position in NYC.
