Requirements
- Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations
- Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily
- Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes
- Open files as required
- Proper handling of "Entry Documents Required Entries"
- Accurate & Timely billing - including sending billing to clients as required
- Turnover to dispatch as required, timely
- At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience
- Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification
- Ability to work under pressure

- Monitor timely entry release
- Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies
- Scan, and index documents into imaging system
- Customer Service - timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external
