Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and policies.
  • Manage and measure technician productivity, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower and resources.
  • Maintain high standards with daily time and service reports, cross-over reports, and field-to-shop transfers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Caterpillar equipment (minimum 4 years) is considered an asset

  • Facilitate pre-job, mid-job, and post-job reviews to ensure safety and quality at every stage.
  • Conduct performance conversations and provide regular feedback to help technicians grow and excel.
  • Determine appropriate tooling for jobs and navigate the warranty process with expertise.
  • Review inspection findings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
