  • Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced clinicians across our 12 Chicagoland locations.
  • New Therapist Support: Extra mentorship and onboarding for new grads or early-career clinicians to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Team Building: Monthly social events and a culture of collaboration and camaraderie.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs, daily routines, play, and feeding
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
  • Comfort working in an environment with moderate noise levels
