Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience.

Receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced clinicians across our 12 Chicagoland locations.
New Therapist Support: Extra mentorship and onboarding for new grads or early-career clinicians to ensure a smooth transition.

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing
Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs, daily routines, play, and feeding
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
Comfort working in an environment with moderate noise levels
