- College Track's Baltimore site is in its earliest, most formative days, launched through a bold partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, M&T Bank, and Baltimore City Public Schools.

Responsibilities

- 10-13 years of relevant experience, with proven ability to lead organizations or programs toward ambitious outcomes
- A track record of fundraising and relationship-building with high-profile partners, funders, and community stakeholders
Requirements
- Some travel may be required.
- A bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
Compensation
- Salary: $118,875 - $128,749 (target range); full range up to $148,500 based on experience
