Responsibilities

  • We are a fusion power company based in Everett, WA, with the mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, enabling a future with unlimited clean electricity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential branding, communications, events, marketing, or related fields
  • Experience leading events, tours, or audience engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness or public engagement
  • Experience creating branded materials in Adobe Suite
  • Ability to represent Helion professionally and confidently in external-facing environments with strong attention to detail and audience experience

  • Helion is seeking a Community + Brand Manager to shape how people experience Helion externally through tours, events, and other public-facing brand experiences.
  • This role will help bring Helion's story to life by creating engaging experiences that strengthen awareness of our mission and technology.
  • You will work across communications, creative, and cross-functional teams to coordinate public-facing programs and engagement opportunities that connect external audiences with Helion's work and people.
  • This is a highly collaborative role that combines event execution, program coordination, relationship management, and creating branded creative materials in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • As Helion continues to grow, you will play an important role in shaping how visitors, partners, perspective employees, community members, and other external audiences experience and engage with Helion.
  • This is an onsite role that reports to Helion's Content Lead and our Everett WA, office.
