About the role

  • Our offices are located in Gaithersburg, Rockville, Damascus, and Frederick.
  • This position will float between Gaithersburg and Rockville.
  • Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all registration (or verifies mobile registration) for new patients and updates registration information for established patients.
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone following established scheduling guidelines.

Requirements

  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccination or an approved request for accommodation is required as a condition of employment.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree preferred.

Compensation

  • $20.00-$23.00/hr Please note compensation is based on years of experience.
