About the role
- In this role, Assistant Teachers contribute to a classroom culture where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally climb ladders.

Requirements
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate with both adults and children.

- Willingness to learn and grow as an educator through coaching and professional development
- Fluency in English required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
