About the role
- Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Mine Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and productive operation of the operations crew.
- This position follows a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts.
- To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can connect with personnel at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
- Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
Compensation
- $123,000 - $152,000 / year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
