About the role

Responsibilities
- The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.
- Coordinate and manage department flow of short-term and ongoing department schedules; monitor the ERP system
- Maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and secure work area at all times and follow all established safety and quality control procedures
- Support a culture of accountability - being accountable for our work-related actions; supporting and fostering a positive work environment
Requirements
- Must have strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
- Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice as required.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Nice to have
- Previous production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment preferred but not required.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
