About the role
- An adjunct community college instructor is an instructor hired for one semester to teach one or more courses for which he/she is qualified to teach.
- The adjunct instructor reports to the appropriate department chair or his/her designee; provides quality instruction for the assigned courses.
- The instructor works with full-time faculty in assessing students and following all course guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and teach course(s) in an appropriate discipline as defined by the CADD Program Coordinator for Bentley's MicroStation 2024 software application.

Requirements
- Experience teaching MicroStation 2024.
- Expertise in appropriate technologies for instruction.
- $1161.00 if candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree and $1220.00 if candidate holds a Ph.D., Ed.D, or J.D.z
- Willingness to teach at other campus sites is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Teaching experience at the collegiate level.
- Experience at the community college level.
- Experience with traditional and non-traditional students from diverse backgrounds.
- English and Spanish verbal and written communication proficiency
- Demonstrated multicultural competence
- Standard classroom equipment and software.
- The ability to work with the equipment and tools necessary for the lab portion of the class.
Compensation
- Participate in annual student and chair/coordinator evaluations.
