Responsibilities
- Manage individual practitioner Medicare and Medicaid networks (60%):
- Perform periodic verification of individual practitioner enrollment status in Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Support THMG group enrollments (15%):
- Other reporting and analytics support as assigned
Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
- Complete group Medicaid enrollment applications by collecting required documents, completing and submitting application forms and communicating directly with Medicaid agencies throughout approval process

- The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.

- The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
