- Enumerate is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations for associations involving multiple bank accounts
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintain accounting controls through careful attention to policies and procedures
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/appropriate field of study or comparable work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant
- Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Experience with accounting software
- The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail,, a passion for continuous improvement, and a proven ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
- Property management accounting experience is a bonus!
- Speed and accuracy are essential for this role which requires multiple financials prepared and issued daily
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000 USD
