About the role

- The role will require significant experience and confidence in data analytics, SQL, and statistics.
- Be a vocal and active participant in Data Analytics team meetings including solutioning sessions and sprint planning.
Responsibilities
- Create advanced SQL models that can be incorporated into the data transformation pipeline that feeds Tive's customer-facing analytics products Design and optimize embedded dashboards and reporting solutions using data visualization tools.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements in team workflows Present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows including ceremony requirements and tools (e.g., Jira) used to manage such workflow.
- The autonomy and resources to build what you know how to build.
- As a Senior Data Analyst at Tive, you will use your considerable experience to help lead Tive into its next phase of growth.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics Strong SQL skills Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business recommendations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Familiarity with DBT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
Compensation
- $130,000 - $180,000 base salary The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
