About the role
- Position: Reliability Engineer Duties: Responsible for guaranteeing plant capacity by improving equipment reliability and functionality.
- Track Key Performance Indicators, utilizing and improving computer management systems and preventative maintenance.
- Analyze equipment data to determine availability and reliability of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize and analyze data available to perform the needed functions, determining best actions to improve equipment mean time between failures and mean time to repair.
- Support the Maintenance Department for equipment install and upgrades.
- Perform Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) on all critical equipment to improve the quality, reliability, and safety of a process.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support on equipment reliability issues.
- Design out maintenance equipment reliability issues to reduce maintenance downtime.
- Perform purchasing for components and materials to complete projects.
