Aypa Power, a Blackstone portfolio company, is a leading developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale energy storage and hybrid renewable projects that power our communities and cities.
We have been at the forefront of energy storage development since our first energy storage project came online in 2018.

Lead development of RFP responses and commercial proposals, coordinating internal inputs and translating project attributes into clear, customer-focused value propositions
Support transaction structuring and execution, contributing views on pricing, risk allocation, credit terms, and contract mechanics through execution
Help maintain and advance the origination pipeline, tracking customer opportunities, managing marketing systems, and supporting prioritization and reporting for senior leadership

B.S. in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field required;
5+ years of experience working in a commercial capacity within the energy industry;
Working knowledge of US power markets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment;
Ability to work in the United States is a requirement.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Working knowledge of US power markets; to include ISO, RTO, and bilateral energy markets and their fundamentals;
MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and a questioning attitude.

A base salary commensurate with experience.
Bonus: An annual bonus will be awarded based on individual performance and the overall success of the business.
