About the role
- As the Vice President of Closed-end Fund Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial integrity of multiple closed-end funds and separate accounts within the Private Equity Strategies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on technical accounting guidance and implement new accounting pronouncements as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 13-15 years of accounting experience in the financial services industry, preferably in investment management.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation, account analysis, and investment company accounting rules.
- Experience with back leverage facility/financing structures and investment exclusion rights/participation.
- Knowledge of season and sell strategy/treatment.
- Familiarity with Investran.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex problems effectively.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- experience with Geneva and/or Geneva World Investor accounting systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Compensation
- Review quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
