Are you a Game Designer with excellent writing chops who loves the intersection of mechanics and flavor?
Can you write art briefs and dive deep into some of the worlds biggest IPs, while keeping your head in both the Fun and the Future of gaming?

Serve as Narrative Lead on assigned releases, including tracking and balancing creative needs across the full card set, and partnering with the lead Art Director on art wave execution.
Coordinate with designers, creative leads, business partners, and product owners to ensure goals for products are consistently represented.
Build clear documentation and presentations that communicate creative goals, set strategy, and worldbuilding direction to internal and external partners.
An orientation towards both ownership and flexibility in the game design process.
Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage personal workload, delegate appropriately, and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research and design document generation skills.
Understanding of the creative design process within a game design environment.
Familiarity with TCG/CCG card mechanics and how game design decisions inform visual and narrative execution.
