About the role

- Are you a Game Designer with excellent writing chops who loves the intersection of mechanics and flavor?
- Can you write art briefs and dive deep into some of the worlds biggest IPs, while keeping your head in both the Fun and the Future of gaming?
Responsibilities
- Serve as Narrative Lead on assigned releases, including tracking and balancing creative needs across the full card set, and partnering with the lead Art Director on art wave execution.
- Coordinate with designers, creative leads, business partners, and product owners to ensure goals for products are consistently represented.
- Build clear documentation and presentations that communicate creative goals, set strategy, and worldbuilding direction to internal and external partners.
- An orientation towards both ownership and flexibility in the game design process.
- Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage personal workload, delegate appropriately, and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and design document generation skills.
- Understanding of the creative design process within a game design environment.
- Familiarity with TCG/CCG card mechanics and how game design decisions inform visual and narrative execution.

Compensation
- $89,700 - $149,400 USD
