- The Role: San Francisco, CA Crafty's Food & Beverage Associate IIs are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program throughout the market.
- They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site's product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.
- Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include: Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty.
- This role supports multiple of our San Francisco clients Monday through Friday starting at 6:00 AM by meeting the skill-based qualifications below: Required Attributes: Client Obsessed: Demonstrates a deep commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs and preferences, consistently showing eagerness and patience in all client interactions.
