In this role, you'll be the engine behind our expanding Payroll and HCM sales organization-sourcing, attracting, and hiring the kind of talent that doesn't just meet goals but shatters them.

Partner with Sales leadership to identify hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified sales professionals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential sales talent for current and future roles.
Promote the company's employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with cross functional HR teams to ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System.
Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Two to three (2-3) years of experience recruiting in high-growth or SaaS/Technology environmen t
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to self-motivate and work independently
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales positions.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.
