About the role
- In addition, you will assist with technology governance initiatives by helping coordinate security policies, reviewing access controls, and supporting compliance efforts across the organization.
- This position will report to the Associate Director, Technology.
- This includes workstation setup, software deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and managing the lifecycle of company assets.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of data integrity within our quality-related platforms. You will manage a tagged field database, perform data migrations from legacy records, and audit systems for missing or inconsistent information.
- Support the organization's QMS by ensuring all digital record templates meet strict traceability and accuracy standards.

- Database Maintenance: Perform large-scale data cleanup and alignment to ensure "single source of truth" accuracy across inventory and quality systems
- Help Desk Support: Review incoming tickets, resolve Tier 1 technical issues (passwords, peripheral setup, software installs), and escalate complex cases to senior staff
- Process Documentation: Follow and help refine structured protocols for data entry and IT workflows to maintain high consistency
- Technology Governance & Compliance: Assist in coordinating, maintaining, and auditing the company's Technology policies; review system access logs, validate user permissions, support periodic access reviews, document compliance activities, and help implement IT best practices that align with industry security standards and internal governance requirements

Requirements
- High proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets and a natural comfort navigating database environments
- Foundational knowledge of Windows, PC hardware, and common business software (e.g., Microsoft 365)
- Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks without losing focus or quality
- Ability to work across departments to track down missing information or explain a technical fix
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Ticketing Systems (e.g., Jira)
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Basic understanding of inventory management or accounting principles and related software
- Exposure to IT security best practices, user access management, or technology compliance frameworks
Compensation
